Having worked construction in his youth, he then acquired over 9 years experience working with a number of Architectural, Engineering, Retail and Industrial firms throughout the United States. He then established Full Perspective in the city of Encinitas in 1987. Being recognized by the State of California Board of Architectural Examiners as qualifying to participate in the Architectural Licensing Program, he considers himself an Architectural and Engineering Designer and Professional Draftsman.

Being a San Diego native and holding two degrees, Mary Jo not only handles the management of the business but also has been handling a variety of submittals to all of the surrounding regulatory agencies for over 20 years. She is experienced in all areas of permitting and discretionary applications.
